Recommendation from my dr. , to take 1/2 shot of each to break up strangling post nasal drip. I will always have it on hand now. I pay attention to what I eat that causes post nasal drip. It's grains. Any and all grains

Helped me through covid
While this did absolutely nothing to cure my symptoms it did bring me some light relief. You pretty much have to endure Covid and let it ride out, but this did help me survive it

Good Product for Sore Throat and Cough
Very good product. I always used it for sore throat, cold, flue, and cough. It works good and gave me good results. The night time syrup works really well and it seems to put me to sleep quickly and wake up energized and without the sore throat and cough. Great results and highly recommended

Syrup works great
Bought this combo pack and haven’t used the tea yet, so won’t review that part. The nighttime syrup works really well and doesn’t give me that dry headache like other night OTC medicines. It seems to put me to sleep quickly and I sleep for a solid 5-6 hours and wake up energized and without the various cold symptoms. Would definitely buy again.
