I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and arthritis for the past ten years and have had to learn to function with it without any pharmaceuticals and only through vitamins and supplements. Unfortunately, fibromyalgia can impact just about every area of the body but the one consistent thing is the widespread pain that doesn’t allow me to function on the daily and definitely doesn’t let me sleep. I have been taking this as a supplement for the past three months and all I can say is, WOW!!! 🤯 I take it along with Nature Made Sam-e, the Sam-e has worked wonders on my mental health it has reduced pain levels, the Naked glutamine has cut any muscle soreness, pain AND healed my digestive system as well as boost my immune system. I’m not 100% yet, but I am functioning at an 80% energy level, reduced pain to about a consistent 1-3 (I used to be a consistent 8-9 on the pain level!), and the fatigue, pain and fibro-fog are consistently improving! I started seeing results with the first couple of months of taking the Naked Glutamine and everyday, I feel better and better! 🎉

Doesn't dissolve like the Pure brand one, but larger by a lot and ok for now. Would have given 5 stars if it had better mixability. Little to no taste or smell just like Pure. Great value for the size. No side effects, I believe this helps me and my 105 year old grandma with our joint health.

I started using Naked Glutamine 2.2lb Bulk the day it was delivered. This review was written 3 weeks later. I thought that leaky gut was another term for flatulence. That' was the main reason I bought Naked Glutamine and for muscle recovery, (recovery time after workouts) & workout performance, (protects against muscle breakdown and improves protein synthesis). After researching flatulence in one article it stated that, (most adults pass gas between 12 to 25 times a day. While it can be embarrassing, it is generally not harmful). [Keep in mind everyone is different and your results can be different than mine]. With me in 2 days it worked faster than I ever expected. I drank it with about 6 to 8 ounces water in a small mason jar 3 times each day on empty stomach. I shacked the bottle by hand. It dissolved good. Sometimes there was a tiny bit at the bottom of the jar. I just added a little water and drank it. I used 1 scoop per bottle. I didn't get an upset stomach. Since I exercise more than a lot of people my 67 age I drink it after work outs. I drink it the Naked Glutamine first by itself in the small mason jar. After that I drink the grass fed kinda of expensive protein powder. For me the 2 products have have been beneficial for me. I would recommend Naked Glutamine 2.2lb Bulk, ( I don't work for the company who makes it and I'm not on the Amazon service that sends a product for free and leave a review. Perhaps my fast results is ...no fast food, no sodas for years, maybe a beer a few times a year, no processed & excessive sugar foods. Now a days there's many great options to avoid processed and excessive sugar foods. But holiday and special event foods are winners every time. Apologies for any typing errors. Dissolves to clear without any clumps. There is no taste, either.

Mixability It dissolves very well in both cold and warm drinks. I’ve mixed it into water, smoothies, and even coffee without any clumping. The texture is smooth enough that I barely notice it when blended into shakes, which makes it easy to stay consistent with daily use. 3. Taste & Neutrality While it’s labeled unflavored, I notice a slight taste when I drink it with just plain water. It’s not strong or unpleasant, but it isn’t completely “taste-free” either. Mixed into a smoothie or protein shake, however, it’s virtually unnoticeable, which is how I usually take it. 4. Performance & Recovery Since adding this to my routine, I’ve felt less sore after tough workouts and I recover a bit quicker. I see a lot of complaints about the price of this but take a look at the amount you get. It’s the better buy! It mixes up very easily and has absolutely no flavour whatsoever so it’s really easy to drink. Anyone buying this product shouldn’t be worried about the price but instead be looking for quality, and this is as good as you can get. If your looking for the magic supplement to heal all your problems there is no such thing but this product is proven to help. I will be buying again!

I love one ingredient products because you know its real and no additives. This is a must have supplement for me that I take everyday. You can’t taste it when you add it to juices or smoothies

Good price. Just starting to use it so it's a little early to say whether it's helping me or not but it's nice to buy a quality product in bulk instead of being robbed for 30 capsules at essentially the same price. For that alone I thank you
