BL-5000SLX by QuickJack - 5,000 Lifting Capacity, 12-Volt DC - Portable Car Lift

This was a gift for my husband and he loves it. He also got the extenders so he can work on his truck. Make sure to look on the manufacturer's website though before you buy, as it was much cheaper there. I sadly found that out after I purchased from Amazon but the seller was very easy to work with and have me a small credit.

I bought this product for my spouse for his birthday straight from the company. We used the tall rubber 3" blocks to put my small car up on the lift. One of the blocks cracked in half on the pinch weld and got stuck on the car. When I contacted the manufacturer Melissa (the head of customer support) they told me that only the pinch weld blocks can be used with pinch weld vehicles (all vehicles made since the mid '90s except large trucks) as the others will split in half. I was told it is specified in the user Manuel... it's not. Page 8 and 45 do mention them as "recommended" but do not specify the potential issues. BE AWARE if you plan of using this on a modern car be prepared to order another $85 of parts to use this product safely.

Lifts my 2004 Chevy SSR with ease. It was easy to assemble, did take removal of one plug on the hydraulic body to bleed air bubbles, however works great once set up.

I love this jack, makes lifting the car so much easier then a jack and stands I use it on my car which is lowered so it's had to use a traditional jack

I don't know why I waited so long to purchase this. Made maintenance on all my cars so much easier and secure

Awesome product. I couldn't be any more happier. It was a little tricky lifting my dodge challenger hellcat, but totally worth every cent.

Product worked as promised

I actually bought this from a warehouse-style store that rhymes with cocoa. It took a couple of tries for all the boxes to arrive in good shape. The first attempt looked like a repackaged deal and one of the boxes was returned by UPS before it even got to my house. The second shipment was in perfect shape. Installation is a breeze (especially if you've watched the videos). Reading the manual is a must. Watch out for the pinch points, especially while carrying the rails and especially while bleeding the air out of the hydraulic cylinder. If you bleed the air out and cycle it up and down a few times, it will be smooth as butter. However, do NOT ever use the lift without locking it into one of the two positions. One of the sides on mine lost enough pressure that the stacked blocks buckled over and the car fell off. Thanks to an open door, the damage is only a few thousand worth of body damage. It could have been me that it was resting on. Oh well, live and learn. Enjoy yours but make sure you follow the instructions and precautions to the T.

Very easy to use and properly engineered. I love it. I’m big and still managed to take off and reposition my exhaust from under the car Raises to to a very comfortable height for wheel work and working in the engine bay
