Does it come with geotracking for when I loose it?

Went to site and checked, as you could have too. Nothing listed about such a feature on this device. Not sure why you would expect it to be available on this device in particular.

Can you use it to tune an electric bass to A standard?

Probably not. This thing could barely get open notes on a 4 string bass. Save your money and pick up a snark rechargeable tuner. I can get any note on the neck to register.

Will this work with an amplifier?

This tuner clips on the headstock of the guitar. You can use it with an electric or acoustic guitar. no amplifier is needed. (it won't matter if your guitar is connected to an amplifier)

Will the display show upsidedown (aka right way up) if i clip is the underside of the headstock?

You can move it 360 degrees or 90 or 20 or whatever position there's no position it won't go an the screen is fixed so if tou want it upside down it'll stay that way. The face is fully swivel friendly as tou can spin all the way around as many times as you want. In whatever fashion the clip swivels as well so yes it'll work under the neck on back side thats how I run mine. Pointing me it's totally hidden from the front but I can see it perfectly its pretty bad ass
