Good value for money, just bought a month ago. Seems to really help so far, take one about 30 to 40 min. Before bed. Makes me dream some, but nice dreams, 👌 I have been going to sleep a lot faster, good. We'll buy again

These were recommended to me so I tried them. Best decision ever! I get solid sleep and don’t wake up with a drowsy feeling. I prefer this over melatonin. Shuts my brain down so it can rest and recharge.

I really like this natural organic medicine for anxiety. My tummy is a little sensitive to any capsules, so I find these very easy to just open and tap the powder directly into my mouth and within 20 minutes, I'm feeling more relaxed, and way more resilient than stress generally speaking. I have used the serene science source naturals GABA for about a year now and within 20 minutes, I'm feeling more mellow. I also use tryptophan to help me sleep, and they both work better than prescriptions. They also don't have side effects or pharmaceutical chemicals in them. I tried so many different sleep prescriptions, and would start experiencing with drawls especially with Xanax or Ativan, I got really sick of it. With Ativan or Xanax it tells the brain to stop producing a certain chemical and then people become physically dependent on it and start having with drawls every day within a few hours of the time their body is used to receiving it via the prescription. I got so exhausted and stressed out and with drawls were affecting my behavior and my feelings every day. After I gradually tapered down and then off of the prescriptions, are used gather and tryptophan and I have slept about 85% better than I have in a year and a half. This was my first time ordering from Swanson and they delivered it even earlier than I thought and the package was practical. I will definitely be ordering from them again. What I love the most about the natural organics besides no side effects is that with either GABA or tryptophan, is that your body and brain is supposed to naturally produce both of these anyway, so you never have any with drawls or side effects. It just helps me get through work days I otherwise would have suffered through. I really love GABA.

I think these work on a similar principle as antianxiety meds like atavan, in that they increase natural chemical in your body (GABA) that help you feel calm and relaxed. I've used them for a week now and don't have any issues getting up in the morning, i don't feel groggy or medicated at all. The effects are easy enough to fight if you take it and then have to stay up longer than expected. I take 1 about 15 minutes before i go to bed and by the time i hit the pillow i'm ready to sleep. I wake up to pee in the night and can get right back to sleep no problem. I would ask your doctor before taking these if you are taking any antianxiety meds or anti-seizure meds (gabapentin for example) as they affect GABA (gamma-Aminobutyric acid) as well.

I've been using GABA for several years now. I've tried different brands, but I always find myself coming back to this one because it's so effective and the price is reasonable. I usually take it about 30 minutes before bed. I used to take just one pill, but as I’ve started experiencing perimenopause symptoms, I’ve had to increase the dose to two pills—and I sleep pretty well. I wake up rested and not groggy, which has happened with other brands. I also take 400 mg of magnesium at night, and between the two, I sleep pretty well.
