Got all the parts I needed. Everything seems to be working fine. I haven’t really had the time to use it yet. It’s easy to put away and then the same with taking it out. Very easy to carry. The board is sturdy. I feel secure while using the board. I can easily adjust the bands. Great product.

Great for beginners at home or a light workout on the go! I've had this product now for almost a week & I have used it every day since receiving it. As far as I can tell this is a quality product for what it is. As advertised it is great for any height, lightweight, very portable, easy to use in tight spaces, sets up very quickly,(I believe it took me about one minute Max to set up & that was mostly just reading the kgs on the tube bands & attaching the clips while taking my time) with no complications save for the rollers for the bar. As soon as I went to put the rollers on the bar I was struggling. both rollers just would not fit on one end of the bar but would on the other. The bar comes in three pieces so confirmed they were not end specific so then, I took the roller wheel bore it out with a pocket knife to actually get it on the bar but it wasn't a lot all I needed was approximately the thickness of an American dime at most & once it was on everything worked beautifully! I am very impressed with what I can do on it but I also know that I do not work out currently as hard as the guy in the product videos which is why I have said for beginners & a light workout as that is all I am, & that is all I have done so far, so that is what I can recommend though I will update as I progress & go harder but in the meantime hopefully this helps.

Product is easy to use and fairly compact. The only issue that I have is the carrying bag is poor quality and ripped on 1st use. I plan to order more bands to add to this.

I’ve always had tiny, weak wrists that made doing pushups inconvenient when I was younger. Now that I’m older and have gotten back into working out with some extra weight on me, doing push up s was even worse and caused a lot of pain (could also be caused by my form). I got this as an attempt to alleviate my pain and assist with my form. This board has made doing pushups MUCH more convenient and is now used during all of my arm days. I do occasionally feel hand pain from the handles (sometimes even with gloves), but it beats the wrist pain. Solid buy.

It help with positioning my hands in order to do correct push up and form. Comfortable and the quality is good. Sturdy. Light weight and the work out is more effective for versatility.

I’m always on the road, and I hate using hotel fitness rooms. I’m not trying to win the Olympia, I just wanna look presentable with a t-shirt on. 😆 This thing is perfect. The angles are just right. It hits the muscle group and doesn’t cause any shoulder pain. Do 3 solid sets per 2 muscle groups every other night and that’s all you need. It folds right up in the front pocket of my carry on, and it goes everywhere with me!

So I love the product not bad quality I don’t like the fact that you have to purposely be standing or sitting on the board or putting your hands on it for it not to move. There is no suction for it to stay to a floor which mean it limits you to where you can stand and how much you can move around but using the bands itself with the door or with your hands and things like that or if you are able to just stand on, it works really well. I’m only giving it a three star rating due to the fact that the black board that it sits on is very movable, and the plastic isn’t as the best quality I thought it would be.

I have tendonitis in my wrist and pushups were always a problem. This gadget solves that problem, allowing me to crank out pushups. It's been transformative owning this product.

as advertised, but would be nice to have more instructions. There is a danger of the rubber bands breaking and zapping back at you; had that happen on another product that uses the tubing - very painful so be careful..
