I'm not getting paid for this but I'll gladly take their money. Lol I thought the O'CEDAR brand model of this would be better. NO. It sucked compared to the joy moop. I even go on the Facebook posts if the O'CEDAR knockoff and warn people how bad it is. The joy moop system is far superior. I just wish the mop heads were better made. The cleaning surface is still good, but the tags on the back that hold it in place are flimsy and give up after a month or so. If you're looking to buy one of these types, go for the joy moop. The O'CEDAR is awful. Go look on Facebook... you'll see my reviews of it.

Great mop and the squeegee does an excellent job for cleaning the pad and for using on hardwood floors. I have found you need to not be supper rough with flatting the mop head with a smack on your floor, and the constant snap to floor will eventually break the pad holder off from the handle. This is a great mop with its long handle for washing your walls and ceiling trim molding. Gets all the cobwebs and dirt down as well as mopping a floor.

I don't know what people use to clean their floors but nothing compares to this unit. It's what you call, easy pleasy

This flat mop is lightweight and very easy to use. The microfiber pad cleans floors well and picks up dust and dirt easily. The long handle makes it convenient for cleaning floors and walls without bending. Simple design, good quality, and very practical for everyday cleaning.

I clean for a living so I use this mop pretty much daily! I would like it if the mop was a bit more heavy duty as I have broken a few mop handles. And the mop pads tend to wear out quickly and rip along the sides. Overall I love the design I just wish the quality was better.

The mop on this horrible. The one that came with the buckle broke after the use at the bottom of the mop. They replaced it but insinuated that I was putting too much pressure on the mop, which was not the case. Before I realized they were c Going to send me a replacement I went ahead and order me another mop thinking I had gotten a lemon. Unfortunately, they have now all broken. I am not using any unusual pressure on the mops or mishandling them or anything of that nature. If anything after the first one broke I have been extremely careful simply because I really liked the concept of the set. Unfortunately I had to give it a one star review and that is being generous. For me it was a total waste of money. Very poor quality in my opinion.

The mop bucket is wonderful and I love the system. It gets all of the water out of the mop and lets you mop the floors without making them soaking wet. The pole is actually great too. The problem is the connector between the pole and the mop head has broken on me twice in the exact same spot within the first couple uses. I tried to contact customer support which is supposed to be open 24/7 but they were unavailable. If they could figure out that little plastic piece that keeps breaking, they'd have a perfect product.

Absolutely love this mop! I have one dedicated to clean my walls and I’ve purchased one to stain my deck!

This JOYMOOP flat mop is simply excellent. The microfiber pads pick up dust, dirt and hair really well, and it glides smoothly over all floor types. It feels sturdy and well-made, and is very easy to assemble, use and clean afterwards. It makes floor cleaning much faster and easier. Definitely one of the best mops I’ve tried—highly recommended!

This arrived in a surprisingly small box, and I'll admit my first thought was that Amazon had sent me the wrong product. Turns out everything was there—it was just packed much more efficiently than I was expecting. Assembly was straightforward. Everything twists together easily, and I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a cleaning pad included. It's one of those little things that shouldn't be exciting, but it is. Much like batteries, more companies should include the bits you actually need to use the product straight away. It's lightweight, easy to use, and doesn't take up much room when it's stored away. I'd definitely recommend it for cleaning walls, windows, and glass. I don't personally use it as a floor mop, but that's more because I have a commercial cleaning background and already have tools I prefer for floors. For the jobs I bought it for, though, it's been fantastic. Overall, a really handy cleaning tool that does exactly what I wanted it to do.

Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht vom JOYMOOP Bodenwischer. Das 2-Kammer-System zum Waschen und Trocknen des Wischpads funktioniert wirklich gut. Der Wischer selbst ist leicht, wendig und kommt gut in Ecken und unter Möbel. Die Mikrofaserpads reinigen sehr gründlich und nehmen auch Staub und Haare gut auf. Nach der Nutzung einfach in die Waschmaschine und sie sind wieder wie neu. Die Qualität wirkt hochwertig und stabil, und das System spart Zeit und Nerven. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen!
