Where is the user manual located on the website? The tag that came with the tool states there is one, but I can't find it.

Not to be rude, but if you need a manual for this I would question your qualifications for using it. It's basically just a spudger and a tool for tightening wire nuts. It's for 12ga only and shouldn't be used on live circuits. Be safe. There are a couple of videos on YouTube that you should check out.

No it is not. I do not recommend using it for food, it isn’t very useful. Possibly could use to pickup noodles with the claw.
