I got this toothpaste because it is what my dentist recommends. It's suppose to help with sensitivity and I'd say it has a bit as I have very sensitive teeth and I feel it's helped with that, if only a little. I like the minty flavor and it leaves my breath tasting fresh.

I have to use Sensodyne because I have very sensitive teeth. Every time I go to the dentist now I don't feel any pain although I still have sensitive teeth so I always insist on getting hand scaled because I can't handle any Drilling in my mouth. All things considered I do recommend this is a good one for whitening and sensitivity.
