I recently had surgery and needed the use of incontinence pads during recovery. i was somewhat shocked at the price points of many of the available products. The Amazon Basics pads are providing effective protection, stay in place with the sticky backing, are easily removed for disposal, are reasonably comfortable given that they are somewhat thick, and are a great price point. If you are looking for similar pads for more than a brief temporary control, then these provide a great affordable option. So far I have been 100% pleased. My only suggestion is that if your leakage is not so severe then you could consider a product that might be somewhat thinner (if such products exist) for long term comfort These pads are definitely on the thicker side but it was what I needed after my surgery. Fortunately, once these are in place I hardly notice I am wearing them. It all depends on your sensitivity to having a pad in your underwear. Because my needs are very temporary I unfortunately can't comment beyond what I have described above. After a few weeks I won't need these pads any longer but I am so relieved to have had them.

Due to a prostatectomy I'd been using the Depend guards (for larger surges) for 3 years. Earlier this year, Kimberly-Clark Corporation made the decision to modify the design and reviews have been overwhelmingly negative. Like many, faced with the decision to go with the newer max version or seek out the original (which was ok, but not outstanding), I decided to try the Amazon Basics. The Amazon Basics Incontinence Guards are an excellent option as they are substantive, well-fitting (excellent adherence to underwear) providing superb absorbency, moisture-wicking and odor control. Highly recommend!

I’ve used all the brand names but decided to give these a shot based solely on price. I was surprised how well they do the job. Descent sticking power, a good length and width and pretty good absorption. Only reason I rate it 4 stars is that I always believe anything can be improved. I recommend these highly.

The Amazon Basics Men's Incontinence Guards are the BEST replacement for the discontinued competitor brand that I have found. I use guards every day after a prostate procedure, and this brand really WORKS. No nighttime leaking is a real blessing. Guards are good quality and certainly thick enough for heavy surges...hooray! The competitor's new design is way too thin for nighttime wearing...thank you Amazon!

Hold even better than the name brand. I was skeptical but since the "Other brand" just changed there pads to a new supposedly improved....which i am somehow allergic to...I had to change to something else because of a bad reaction to the new pads....I discovered these are actually even better. There is no side leaks, they stick very strong and hold in place and no allergic reaction to these. And they are half the price!! You cant beat that, wish I had known about these a long time ago!!! Save your self a ton of money, these are way better than you think and better than the leading brand!!!

Have been using the Amazon Basics for men with mixed results. Leakage is a problem. Comfortable but would prefer a little wider pad. I was attracted by the price and the claim of "maximum absorbency". Didn't happen to my satisfaction.

Excellent product. Really BIG and I'm sure they will hold lots of... Peee. . LOL However, I had no idea they were so large, couldn't find the size. I must return them, but Amazon won't accept them back, so I will donate to Goodwill. I'm quite sure some could use them. Thanx Amazon!! ❤️
