I picked this up because I was dealing with pretty bad heel and foot pain. After using this stretcher for a bit, it’s definitely helped loosen up my calves and the bottom of my feet. The design is simple and well thought out. The padded foot sleeve is comfortable, the Velcro straps adjust easily, and the multiple loops let you control how deep of a stretch you want. It also comes with a small guide showing different stretches you can do, which is a nice bonus. Overall it’s easy to use, feels well made, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

This is great product on a budget! You really feel a good stretch in your the soles of your feet, toes, calf, and hamstring! Plus it’s so much cheaper than the premium competition. It feels fell built with good stitching and material. It’s also got some cushion in the foot and heel area which is nice! So if you are into yoga, running, or just want to get your flexibility back this is the one for you!
