I absolutely loved this sushi making kit! I'm not an expert, but this set made it so easy to prepare delicious sushi at home. It comes with everything you need: a rice paddle, two rolling mats, a sushi knife, and even a rice bazooka for perfect rolls every time. Started making sushi this year, and I was hand-rolling all my sushi rolls. I got this kit and just love the rolling mats. I can make several different kinds of sushi pretty easily. I tried the "sushi bazooka" but would rather just roll the sushi by hand using the mats. The chopsticks are really nice and my guests loved them. The dishes are great for soy sauce, and the wooden spreader/paddle work well. It's a great kit. I went to the "online recipe book" and there was some good information, but the photos don't match the recipes and that's a bit confusing...I realize that somebody has to translate Chinese to English to create the recipe "book" and that is likely the cause of the photo issues and some weird grammar/speling, but there is a ton of information on making sushi that you can easily find on the web. I highly recommend the kit...all the pieces can go back into the box, making it easy to store until the next time.

This kit is Fabulous! As a First time Sushi maker, the sushi stuffer, the avocado slicer, and the slicing knife made everything so easy!! I had so much fun making multiple different rolls. I bought salmon, Ahi, crab, shrimp and all of the vegetables. My husband and his friend were off the hook happy with every bite. I told them I can do this every week or two. Much better than them spending $200 at the sushi restaurant!!!

I bought the Alas Complete 20-Piece Sushi Making Set to make sushi at home with my stepdaughter, and we had an awesome time! Making sushi turned out to be way harder than we expected (so definitely don't think it’s as easy as it looks online!), but this kit really helped us get started. It came with everything we needed and more — the knife was surprisingly nice quality, and little details like the chopstick holders made it feel more authentic. We ended up using most of the tools, although we didn’t take the time to dive into the eBook, which probably would have made things even easier. Overall, I’m really happy with the purchase. It’s a great deal for everything you get, and now that we’ve gotten our first homemade rolls under our belt, I’m excited to try it again. Highly recommend if you want to have some fun and aren't afraid of a little learning curve!

Got this sushi kit for my husband for Father’s Day and he absolutely loves it! He’s always been into sushi, so I thought it’d be a fun gift—and it totally was. The kit has everything you need, and it actually makes the whole process really easy, even for beginners. We’ve already made a few rolls together and it’s been such a fun way to spend time (and eat something delicious). Great and unique gift idea and super fun to use!

This kit is amazing! Has everything you need to make sushi for beginners. My husband ask for this for Christmas and he can’t wait to use it. All the parts look very nice. It’s really a nice set. You will love it!

I’ve had it over 3 years. All works fine, easy to clean, I hand wash it. The handle tho on the knife, handle is a photo so it peels off in dishwasher.. I hand wash it, kids won’t.. knife still works fine, just ugly now. If I need another one I’d buy this set again.. it’s easy to use and cleans up easy and I know the parts work fine after all these years, I care more about if it’s functional then a ugly handle to tell you the truth. I still use it. Not a problem for me..

Boogaty boogaty! <- proof I’m not a weird bot. This things lit! Love the little sushi pooper. Works way better than I would have expected. Did a little sushi date night with my lover. We just used veggies to make them and turned out super yummy. Made a perfect lil sushi right off the bat. Bonus cats for a cute memento. 9/10 knife was kinda doodoo

Super easy way to make sushi and lots of fun. Took a few times to get it right but it makes home sushi night a lot quicker. The knife is sharp but is pretty low quality, But I wasn’t expecting more. Overall I am happy with it and it has been used often.
