I cannot answer your question. Folicure has changed its ingredients significantly. I use to buy it because of its purity. My second to last purchase, the smell was so bad, I dumped it down the drain. Thinking it was a one time thing, I have been using it for many years. I bought it again. Same bad smell. I don't buy it anymore. There was, a change to their ingredients.
