Are they heat resistant like other silicone items?

Yes, they held up well with 150 cup order and I am still using them

Can these be heat pressed using sublimation?

I used them with the oven method. Did a bulk order of 150 tumblers and they held up strong through the hear and kept their elasticity. I think they would be fine with a press as well.
