What’s the pic tail mount for this?

It is a proprietary mount - does not fit the standard rail (nor does it fit the ACRO rail). It does come with an RMR plate, so it can be used on any mount that has a RMR footprint. There are also 509T specific mounts available.

Is there a dovetail adapter for a glock 19 for this sight?

Yes, I suggest C&H Precision Weapons. They make the best adapter plates. Fit tight perfectly & they send high strength screws & proper threadlocker.

I can't do the video thing, but I could send (attach) a photo of the cut. The 509T is titanium not steel; I assume you mean steel adapter plate? Anyway, I'm sure CH Precision has what you need (their plates may well be here on Amazon). If your aftermarket slide is cut for this RD you don't need any plate--that's why I wanted to send a photo.

Is it compatible with walther ppq q4?

Any enclosed optic using a cross bolt is not directly compatible. It does come with a plate.
