Light and high quality, the longer Blackroll!
This softer BLACKROLL is a perfect addition to my mat excercises, and Rolling out the kinky in the cables :-) there is more space to roll with the 45, espeically helps with reaching all places around upperbody/the shoulders and the area around the hips! Love the quality and lightweight of the roll. Recommend this to all Pilates fans out there!

Foam roller as described, but misleading photo
This foam roller is a great tool for at-home rolling and fascial fitness. The first photo on Amazon is misleading though because it suggests that the foam roller comes with an instructional booklet, which it does not. You can download the Blackroll app for your smartphone, but an instructional booklet would be helpful. I bought Schleip's Fascial Fitness book, which provided very helpful background and instructions.

I bought this because it was described as soft. It is not soft, but hard.

The best roller out there.
I bought this roller in 2021, and to this day its like new. I brought it with me when I moved countries, and it's always super useful anytime somewhere in my body feels tight. It's very rare to find any product nowadays that lasts for years and years like this without being designed to break so customers need to re-buy. Highly recommend

I had one before that I bought at decathlon and that things was basically a tool for torture haha but then I found this one and I really enjoy. Also the length is perfect.
