Poor design
Design has a big floor in it there is no protection for the inside tubes that the handles slot into first time of using baggage handlers dropped case on a 90 degree hard edge as a result bending the tubes there by not allowing me to extend the handles we we in Canada at the time contact amazon told me to send it back that was 2 weeks ago I'm still waiting for me refund and the cost of shipping DO NOT BUY

Two wheels isn’t great
I bought this as we needed a new suitcase. But I didn’t get to travel until this week. Moving the suitcase that only has 2 wheels when you’re used to 4 wheels - I found it awkward. I wouldn’t buy this again.
