This product I had purchased for my child of 9 years. He has consumed it and I have found his overall health has improved. It contains good amount of Omega 3 and seems a genuine product. As my son is a bit overweight, I was more interested in this neutraceutical. Overall its offers a good value for money 4.8/5. Also, my son said it doesn't give him a fishy aftersmell unlike other brands of Cod liver oil that he had taken earlier. I think this product delivers what it promises.

They are good I suppose.
There are so many such products selling online, that there's no way of knowing about their quality. Because their purpose is not curative, it's hard to say how good they are, or whether they contain any mercury or not, is also difficult for common people to say, isn't it? I don't go by packaging - everything is packaged very well these days- so I've relied on the source of the oil used in the capsules.
