dimensions and what power supply?

It is small but powerful for it's size. It's about two feet high and a foot and a half wide, only a few inches deep. It mounts on the wall in just a couple minutes, very easy to put up. I use a couple space heaters in my small home because it's old and doesn't have a central heat source. There are two, small electric base board heaters for the whole house and the space heaters do a good job of compensating. I live up north and we are experiencing wind chills of up to 50 below zero at times. On those INSANELY cold days it does take two space heaters to heat our home. However, when the temperature is up to 20 above or more, the Heat Storm does fine on it's own.

Can this replace a regular wall heater? The room is about 400 sq. ft.

It doesn't seem the manufacturer understands his own product or their listing is wrong. Please clarify why you state the following in your add if these are not intended as primary sources of heat. 1000 WATTS of power and 3400 BTUs means you can heat up to 500 sq. ft. as a supplemental heat source, or 200 sq. ft. as a primary heat source.

How does it switch to eco mode?

All you need to do is hit the power button a second time for it to be in eco mode. You can verify it's been switched to eco mode by the green leaf symbol on the unit.

No he podido aún verificar su consumo medido en dinero, pero si puedo decir que fue muy eficiente para subir la temperatura de una habitación de +/- 13 mts2 de 21 a 28 grados centigrados en +/- 2 hrs. habrá que esperar a ver el recibo de la luz. Por lo pronto en cuanto a precio/calidad/consumo según especificaciones, creo que es de lo mejor Saludos
