These are high-quality and work well. I just wish I used them more often. I recently retired and they are good to have around home if I don’t want to go to the gym, which is often. I highly recommend this product. I love the colors too.

These resistance bands, all arrive individually wrapped. Which is a good thing. I read about some from other makers, tht came in a bag. Not individually wrapped. And they are color coded. Which 4 these came, dark is the hardest, light color is lightest. And ive had mine for about 3weeks and dont feel cheap n thin. Great quality for the price. Highly recommend.
