Perfect release
Such cute cakelets, and with a quick spritz with baking spray that has flour in it they release perfectly. Since they are labeled "evergreens" you can use them all winter long and not just for the holiday season. I have a collection of Nordic Ware bundt pans and other pans for Easter and other occasions and love them all. This is quality bakeware.

Love it!
This is a beautifully well made pan with some good weight to it. It was considerably less expensive on Amazon compared to buying it on the Nordic Ware website when factoring in the shipping cost I would have had to pay. I used a cooking spray that contained flour and the cakes poppped out perfectly!

Worked very well
This pan was easy to use and clean. The cake/cookies turned out great. I used Bak-Klene to spray the pan and then eased the edges with a knife -they popped right out.

Moule de grande qualité : il faut simplement bien beurré et fariné dans l'utilisation car il accroche beaucoup. Le résultat est très bon après cuisson : croustillant autour du gâteau et moelleux à l'intérieur j'ai mis une étoile en moins car il m'a fallu plusieurs essais avant de pouvoir bien les démouler Les petits sapins sont d'un très bel effet
