good head set for office phone
this is nice seems to work well on my office phone (Cisco) it has a on/off and volume roller in the line which is nice it came with 3 little phone line adapters marked as free gift not sure what they are for or why I would need 3 of the same when the original plug is the same as the adapters??? it seems to have good sound and they can hear me clearly so no problems with that ..on the headset the side without the speaker there is flexible plastic piece that kinda triangle shaped with ridges it gets caught in my hair when I remove the headset but maybe I can make a cover for it

Quality Concerns
There is a noticeable amount of static during use, which interferes with the sound quality and makes it difficult to hear and communicate clearly. Additionally, the cord tangles very easily. Most concerning is the echo that occurs when speaking with customers.
