Very nice product. After product is develiver support team called and scheduled demo . Dwijosuta mam gives demo , she is very polite and explain everything very nicely. Thank you soo much mam for explaining me very nicely.

Had call with luv lap customer care person and she explained the demonstration very well and clearly. All doubts were cleared. All do's and don'ts for the pump were explained. Some of the mistakes people do while using the pump and also what not to do for cleaning the silicon parts were explained. For now I turned the product on to check if it's in working condition, I will be using the pump in future to tell it's full potentiala and review.

WORST PRODUCT AND WORST SERVICE. DO NOT EVER BUY THIS USELESS BRAND. Within 3 months of rarely using it, the luvlap double electric breastpump stopped working. It is not charging at all and not turning on. The WORST PART! the customer care of Luvlap is so unresponsive. No one takes calls, no one replied to mails. We filled a form in their website, still no action. Worst product.

Ordered the LuvLap breast pump from Amazon and had a great experience. It’s easy to use, efficient, and comfortable. The free demo by Dwijosuta made it even better. She explained usage, sanitisation, and maintenance clearly, answered all my doubts, and was very helpful, kind, and polite. Highly recommend for new moms 💛

First of all product is best in this price bracket! We faced some issues with main pumping motor after a year ,but their customer support is amazing ,they replaced it with in 2-5 working days ! Now it’s working fine

Hello; I had to order this device after evaluating Philips Avent and Baby Hug. For our need, we focused on the suction power for which the reviews stated that LuvLap was better. We received the product much sooner than delivery date, which should be appreciated as the need was dire. On opening the product, it looked used. The items were placed in a haphazard way, the electric device had many scratches. Plus we could not find some parts, we requested a replacement. They offered a Refund. ----- Anyways as time progressed, we were facing issue with the milk flow. So we thought of pumping \ measuring it to see how much is the baby getting. With the device which was available, we were able to get around the technical details quickly. (However, the instructions could have been better) Since we had ordered 2 pumps ; we managed to hook one up to the electric device and started pumping. There was an air leak , which we fixed after which the pumping action was good. We managed to get a decent amount. There were many faults with the device such as turning it on and off is a struggle. If you set it up at a high level of suction. When you lower it, it does not take the feed back. You will have to turn off the device and start it again. Conclusion: If you are looking for suction it would be better to go with this product, but please note- we are not using this product for all the feeds. Its more like twice or once a day. It could be unrelated but we feel the flow has improved for regular feeds because of this continuous form of suction by the device. Do not overwork the device in high levels, it will not be good for the mother also. Please note - for women with big nip the suction cup may hurt - this product does not have sizes (some other pumps do have this- please check if its a defining factor for you) Also before trying on ; please use your palm to check the suction. Also dont be confused with the pipe, it does not carry the milk-milk is directly pumped into the bottle. The bottle nipples are not that great - while feeding there was leakage, however the cap of the bottle is interchangeable with Philip Avent Bottles, so you can use it. Also do not pump for extended periods (more than 10 mins) or when in stress . Hope this review helps someone.
