Is this the same as the Mustela Dermo-Cleansing? If so, has anyone noticed a difference in the new product?

No difference. But I prefer the old one better because it lather well.

Has anyone compared this to their stelatopia line? my lo has dry skin that thrives on the stelatopia but it's twice the price of this gel cleanser.

I have used both I liked this a little better because after a bath and then twice after I would just wet a cotton ball and apply my baby had dry skin and eczema it was hard to clear - this did the trick for her 😉 hope this was helpful
