✅ I have been using this mat for over 2 years and this mat is real durable. this mat is very comfortable for when I am doing sit-ups. ✅ this may was a great value for my money due to how versatile I can use this mat and how long it has been lasting for me over 2 years. ✅ the mat weight is at very light and I do not slip on it even when wet which is nice to have. There is a foam pad inside on top a board type os it can be broken if enough force is applied. ✅ the fit is perfect size and does not take up a lot of space. I just wipe it down and put it away.

Simply put, this meets my needs. It serves as a situp mat and as a mat for box squats. Quality seems fine so far - I've had it for less than a year, but looks like it will hold up well.

Perfect and works great no more pain

This product works great. I have been using it for the past few weeks and absolutely love it. Personally with the corona virus and social distancing I have not been able to go to the gym. Instead I have been using this as a substitute. J love it for sit-ups. It gets rid of the pain I feel in my lower back when doing sit ups on the ground. The reason this down not have 5 stars is that it does come a little stiff right out of the box. After breaking it in a little it will work a lot better and conform to you body. Overall a very good product and would recommend.

Great product to add range to your ab training without sacrificing spinal position, pad height is perfect enough without hyperextending your spine and lower back.. by adding a slight arch gives u added extension which equals to a better flexion and contraction of the mid section.. when i added this pad to my training it made me connect better and engage my lower abdominal muscles without focusing on any specific lower ab work.. great buy to step up and progress your ab training

This is a game changer for ab exercises and it has saved my spine and shoulder blades since I workout at home on a hard surface. I highly recommend this product to anyone doing consistent core work, no matter the surface.

It doesn't take up much space, and the incline it provides can increase effectiveness of the exercise and reduce number of reps needed to see progress.

La verdad estoy muy contento con el abmat. Muy buena calidad de materiales, muy resistentes. El relleno muy resistente y no ha perdido su forma. La calidad es superior al Abmat que usaba en mi box.
