Great Fish Food
I've tried numerous fish foods over the years, but Northfin Fish Food Veggie Formula Slow Sinking Pellets truly stands out as exceptional. My aquatic friends have never been happier or healthier since I made the switch to this fantastic product.First and foremost, I appreciate the commitment of Northfin to providing top-quality ingredients. The Veggie Formula Pellets are packed with essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals, ensuring that my fish receive a balanced diet every time they eat. Knowing that I'm giving them the best possible nutrition gives me peace of mind as a pet owner.Another aspect I love about these pellets is their slow-sinking nature. This feature allows all of my fish, regardless of where they prefer to feed in the water column, to have access to the food. It also minimizes waste, keeping the tank cleaner and healthier overall.Additionally, I've noticed a significant improvement in the vibrancy of my fish's colors since introducing Northfin into their diet. Their scales are more vibrant, their fins are more pronounced, and they simply look happier and more energetic.Furthermore, I appreciate that Northfin Fish Food Veggie Formula is made without any fillers, artificial colors, or preservatives. It's reassuring to know that I'm not feeding my fish anything that could potentially harm them in the long run.Overall, I can't recommend Northfin Fish Food Veggie Formula Slow Sinking Pellets highly enough. It's a five-star product that has exceeded all of my expectations, and I'm confident it will do the same for any fish enthusiast looking to provide the best possible care for their aquatic companions.

quality food
I studied fish nutrition in college, and this food gets a good grade for ingredients. Note that while it is advertised as a veggie food it has krill, herring and sardine meal (which is actually a good thing for most fish). My fish love it and it does not cloud the water. As others have pointed out, the pellets are small and sink quickly but my large peacock cichlids and Synodontis catfish all seem to love it and keep busy finding it on the bottom. This is not the only thing I feed my fish, but it is one of the main staples. I will certainly continue to buy it.

Not slow sinking pellets
My fish love this food, I give them to Mbuna Cichlids. Doesn’t smell strong like the flakes.Only reason I gave it a four was because they are not slow sinking pellets. I bought the 1mm and they go straight to the bottom. I have to feed a few at a time to allow the fish to eat the pellets before they go to the bottom. But because I have blue Acara Cichlids, they swift through the sand and eat them. But beware, the description on oz or pounds is wrong for the 7.99, says 2.19 pounds is wrong. You will receive a 3 oz bag. You’re better off buying the 8 oz bag for 14.99. But customer service is awesome.

Excellent food for herbivores but smaller than anticipated for my large fish

My picky fish loves it!
Bought this for my African cichlids as they need a lot of veggies in their diet. I chose this brand because the first ingredient is kelp. My newly introduced ophalmotilapia was only eating bloodworms, a meaty food, which is not suitable for long term. He ignored or spat out all other pellets I was giving my cichlids, but now loves this one! I noticed these sink faster than other pellets too.Comes in a generous size, great value for a quality product!

My goldfish love these pellets.
This is the 3rd time I've purchased them and my goldfish love them. The size, 3mm, is a good size and it isimportant that the fiber content is at least 5% on all pellet food to prevent constipation. I rotate the feedings with Northfin goldfish pellets, frozen shelled peas, shrimp pellets (8% fiber) remembering thatfiber is the key.

Very good quality food
This is a very good quality food with good quality ingredients. My goldfish love it! The food sinks well and is not messy in handling, in the water, or later as poop. If you buy the larger package to save a bit of money, I would suggest pouring a portion in a smaller twist top container for daily feedings. That way you wont open the large bag daily and the food will stay fresher longer. Also, this particular flavor is basically the same as the goldfish one, so I just buy whichever one is the cheapest at the time.

Best food
Best food in the market. My aquarium water is crystal clear and my fish colour is awesome after using this food.
User
Brilliant!
Happy with the purchase! Fish loves it! The only thing is that I should’ve ordered 2mm size, as 1mm looks too small compared to 1mm of NLS.
