The  letter inside the bag comes from “Alexander Ilie, founder of NeckFix, Huston TX 77043 USA...but a label in the plastic bag says “neck cervical traction decice Made in China” ....Confusing for certain! The collar is very well made and very soft...maybe it’s the pumping device that was made in China - it works well,too! Hope this helps you!

What are orthopedic neck supports?

Yes! It can be washed by hand clean with cold water and a small amount of detergent. Swish a piece of velvet clothing through the sudsy water by using gentle movements of your hand. Do this until the item is clean. Do not Wring! Do not Iron! Do not Tumble Dry!

How much am I supposed to inflate the device to properly use it?

Accepted Answer

NeckFix Device should be inflated until the chin and head rests on the device, giving relaxation to the muscles in the cervical region. Do NOT OverInflate!!!
For very good results we recommend using the collar in a progressive manner. In the first week, we recommend using 2 times a day for 10 to 15 minutes. In the second week 2-3 times/day for 15-20 minutes. The collar pressure will be progressive.
