No, the max inside measurements are 2 5/8" x 3 5/8".

Is it thin enough to fit through a magstripe reader with a standard magstripe card or will the card have to be remove? Is it easy to remove the card?

You will have to remove to insert into a reader but they work on a proximity reader. It is fairly easy to remove the card.

These are larger than a standard business card, but a business card will fit inside.
