It's good and powerful machine When i bought this i was confused will it solve my purpose but now am satisfied its well suited for my lawn grass cutting and same for extra weed removing from my farm garden area till now not used for other works like crop cutting and tilling will write my full reveiw later after using for all others purpose..

Product received defective,(1) Main rod received in two pieces. These two rods and the Coupling are mismatched in diameter. Thus the rods are not able to connect. (2) Further, the shoulder mount assembly (which is connected to the petrol engine) "not" received/ provided with in the package. Now the vendor is not picking up this product from my delivery address and forcing me to deliver the item at Jaipur Rajasthan from Nagpur Maharashtra. Further not getting the required support from the Amazon. The vendor is financially harassing me by not returning the items amount and by not picking up the item from our delivery address. I request Amazon to black list this vendor. Amazon I am waiting for your reply.

The engine is powerful, alright, but starting is not all that easy. I have to really 'pull' the cord to start it. I see that the machine runs for over one and a half hr with one liter petrol while cutting grass/shrub mixed lot at half throttle. The arrangement provided as the throttle stop is convenient for this purpose, though it would have been more convenient if the rpm/power could be further reduced with the same set up. Full throttle will be too powerful for grass cutting, I think. The worst part is that the entire weight of the handle/shaft/flexible shaft is to be taken in the hands while the engine rests conveniently on the back. I don't believe anyone can use this backpack machine for more than an hr non-stop! The natural position for cutting comes a bit stooping (unless he is short) and that will tell on your back. If one adjusts the handle to balance the handle weight, he will end up too near the cutting blade/wheel and his body bent too far; and if he adjusts the handle-grip to keep a safe distance it will weigh down on his arms! That is what is really troubling me. I am afraid I'm going to have to buy a sidepack as this backpack has failed my expectation. Edit after a few more hours of operation: Now the engine has started stalling after operating for a while, every time. Start it, use it for 15-20 minutes and the engine stutters and stops. And I have used the machine only for about 9-10 hours in all. A much cheaper Chinese machine would do better than this, I suppose. Really disappointing quality!

its a good machine and good product for trimming grass, for wheat cutting and other corps we just need to be slightly careful. But best lawn grass cutter.

1st order ; Received with 2 missing accessories and also received 35cc engine with 50cc logo reapplied so requested for exchange 2nd order : again received with relabled 35cc engine as 50cc with broken throttle control, missing blades, also whole product is subpar quality even if we compare it with previous order.
