Is this a 9 by 19 mm standard Luger

9x19mm = 9mm Luger 9x18mm = 9mm Makarov (MAK) 9x17mm = 9mm Kurz/Corto/Browning or 380 ACP Shorter rounds will fit on guns meant for larger, but will typically not cycle a semi-auto, and may damage the gun. This listing is for 9mm Luger.

Are these great for dry firing a sa/da pistol over and over or is another brand better?

These do not look like a good idea for dry fire practice. You might notice that dry firing is NOT mentioned in the description. For dry fire protection, look for one that has a spring-loaded fake primer. These don't have anything to absorb the firing pin strike and are no better than dry firing an empty chamber.

are they suppose to eject?

When you pull the slide back, I would say yeah. Mine does eject the DR.

Do they cycle like real ammo in an auto? Manually working the slide of course.(I know they don't shoot haha) Want the group opinion on cycling!

They cycle great in my MP Shield.
