Mothers Contoured Tire Brush

This is a great brush and it's very inexpensive, what more do you need to know? Okay, so a few more details: The brush has a nice curved shape to it which really conforms nicely to a normal size tire (low profile tires may not work as well). The bristles are plenty stiff for cleaning a tire, if they were any stiffer you would tear up the rubber. With a good cleaner (I use Meguiars APC+), this brush will work great to agitate the cleaner and remove grime and old layers of tire dressings. The handle is very ergonomic and allows you to apply a good amount of force into the scrubbing with minimal discomfort. Overall a good brush and well worth the $7. It appears very sturdy and I am guessing this will last many years.

This is an excellent brush for cleaning tires. It has a contour that makes it extremely easy to use. It’s a bit stiff so I don’t recommend it for wheels but you can’t go wrong if your looking for a good tire cleaning brush.

For the price, this is a pretty nice brush. It's made of plastic, but it feels very sturdy. The bristles are good and strong and definitely get the job done. If you really feel like you need a brush made just for cleaning tires, you should definitely consider this one. The curve of the brush head makes scrubbing easy as does the position of the handle. My only real issue is that I don't think you really need a brush this specialized for this kind of job. Any stiff cleaning brush (non-metal obviously) can get the job done, and I'm not sure if this brush is really usable for anything other than cleaning tires. If I had it to do over again, I would just get a regular cleaning brush instead, but that doesn't mean this is a bad product at all.

Finally, a brush to clean the raised white letters on my trucks tires. The bristles are hard enough to get them white again using Bleach White. They get the tire clean getting hardened mud out of the side tread. The bristles are not a "sharp" hard, but good and stiff. The handle makes it very easy to use and is a good solid plastic that should last a while. This is strictly for tires. Mothers also makes a softer Wheel Brush not to be confused with this Tire Brush.

Considering the last one i bought was 10 years ago and they still make the same product, that should be a sign that it’s a great brush! I used the one I had for lots of details till it pretty much fell apart lol. Finally found the same one on here and bought it right away. Works the same and is perfect.

Intended for cleaning vehicle tires, the bristles of this brush are slightly shorter in the middle section. The groove that is formed helps to keep the brush from sliding off, when scrubbing the rounded sides of a tire. This design actually does work pretty well, as the brush tends to maintain contact with the sidewalls, and the bristles are stiff enough to do a good job of scrubbing. The handle is positioned so that force can be applied effectively, and there is a rubber insert to help provide a better grip. The scrubbing pad has rubber along the edges, which helps prevent damage if the brush bumps into your vehicle. While this brush does a nice job on tires, even some which are larger, it can also be used for various other tasks. Mothers did a 5 star job with the design, as the bristles are easy to clean, and appear to be durable.

Overall, I like this tire brush. It gets the job done. The stiffer bristles don't wear out and they do well at breaking down grime and build up on tires. However, when I purchased a new set of tires, I noticed that the bristles were starting to make some scratch marks on the rubber when I would scrub them. Nothing like gouges or anything super ugly, but I did notice them. Kind of annoying, as I really like this brush. If you're wanting a brush that's great at breaking down road grime and cleaning dirty tires, this is a great brush. However, if you're looking for a brush that will clean your tires without being too harsh on them, I suggest something with bristles that aren't as thick or rigid.

I use it to clean the snow off my 4" fatbike tires as not to have packed snow melt indoors where I store my bike. Bristles are stiff enough for my purposes and the brush is solid enough for me to clean it off by slapping the sides on the patio handrail.

The brush is very strong and easy to use. Cleans the tyres a tteat
