What happens if lights don’t work when you get the product?

Then the whole point of the 3D art project is lost - I would return it. The lights should work…if not , it’s broken !

How do I hang the lights and where do I put the battery pack?

To hang the lights, I used the 3m damage free hooks; it has a metal hook on a plastic back (white). They are fairly small. I hung it using these and they have not fallen off. The battery pack I simply taped to the ceiling also.
