The pills were very large, but also very easy to swallow. No GI distress was noted. After taking for about a week I felt a boost in energy and would highly recommend. I have been working in the medical field for over 50 years, and know quality when I see it. Thank you.

The pills are kind of big but the smooth texture makes them easy to swallow. The taste isn't strong. After almost a month I feel better. I have more energy, no more acne outbreaks. I'm not sure if it strengthened my immune system but I was having some minor health issues (stomach aches and joint pains) and now there gone. The only change I've made is I take these vitamins along with the nature made calcium with magnesium and zinc supplements. I recommend buying both the multi vitamin and the calcium supplement that includes magnesium and zinc because this multi vitamin doesn't have enough these.

I am showing my age by saying this, but I used to work for Bally Total fitness, and their high potency multivitamin they used to sell was the absolute best I have ever used. For YEARS I have sought to replace that, since you can't get it anymore. This multivitamin is the closest I have found. It is easy (for me) to take, its everything you need in one, the immune and hair support is great, my energy levels are higher, and I feel way more like I can focus. It is high potency, and in a a soft gel form with the nutrients already liquid, they absorb in your body way better (I honestly dont understand why all multivitamins are not softgels). Yes, get what you can from food. No supplement is a substitute. But my god they help, a lot. I highly recommend this. If you ever used that Bally multi,you know what I mean. Thos vitamins were the bomb. I would just want to see more minerals in this, but, it's still great.

I have to hold my breath because they stink. Are also very big if you have a problem with that. Other than those two things they’re good. I’ll reorder. I think these are better than the gummies because there’s no telling how much vitamins exactly go into gummies. Plus these are more affordable than gummies.

Works well doesn't upset my stomach. Great for after bariatric surgery.

I love these! Let me preface this review by saying that it is quite a large capsule, if you have trouble swallowing an extra strength tylenol capsule (those long ones) you probably won't like these. They're pretty large. I myself have no issues with it. I got these vitamins because I'm currently on keto (an extremely low carb diet). about 3 weeks in, I started noticing that I became very dizzy and saw spots whenever I stood up, and I knew immediately that I had an iron deficiency (and probably other vitamin/mineral deficiencies as well). Rest assured, this was not just self diagnosed, I had a blood test to confirm that my iron was indeed low. After taking these for about a week, the dizziness/spots stopped! So far they've worked great, I don't have any side effects or problems with the vitamins.

personally, Ive tried a few different vitamin combinations and this multi vitamin is by far my favorite! It's a pretty big pills but it goes down very easy and has no taste so thats perfect lol
