Easily assembled and works perfectly. Good price for the Ab roller and mat. Seems well made and plenty of grip on the handles and wheel.

The product does exactly what it's supposed to do, it's stable, the foam grips are comfortable and it's a bonus to be able to progress from double to single wheel. But there's no way those foam grips were getting on the bar without lube. I tried without and it felt like the foam grips would rip immediately. Another reviewer mentioned the instructions suggested wetting the bar with water before twisting on the grips. Firstly, my instructions didn't mention this. Secondly, you may get the grip on a wet bar but I don't think those grips are coming off in one piece when you come to convert from double wheel to single wheel. Do yourself a favour and spray the ends of the bar lightly with WD40 before twisting on the foam grips for the first time. Then hopefully there will still be enough WD40 under the grips when you come to convert the wheels to avoid ripping the grips. Have some kitchen roll standing and make sure you wipe up any WD40 residue after you've assembled, so the grips aren't left slippery. With the WD40 spray, it installed in seconds and was completely safe to use after the residue was wiped away.

The Amonax Convertible Ab Wheel Roller is excellent. The wheel is sturdy and rolls smoothly, making core workouts effective and controlled. The large knee mat is comfortable and protects your knees during exercises. Overall, it’s a high-quality, well-designed piece of equipment that makes ab workouts easier and more comfortable. Highly recommend.

Came with a knee pad so that was nice. You construct it yourself but I have never had any issue with it afterwards, very sturdy and reliable. Works out the abs very well. Try doing a plank while extended with it.

Two wheels are better than one. For the price it's very good value for money. However the grips that hold the wheels central are in contact with the wheels and friction will wear eventually but a dab of Vaseline smeared on the wheels (where the grip makes contact) before the grips are slid on will prevent this.

It's exactly as described, simple ab roller with mat for knees, getting the grips on, was abit of effort and I can see these having issues with alot of use. Used it straight away, this won't give you abs on its own. You need to have a good, plan that works, core, obliques and abs and that includes weighted resistance to, also abs are made in the kitchen most of us have abs but under the body fat. Good for the price and adds another option for your work out. Id put a picture on but dont want all the gyal getting off on it

El pack del rodillo + soportes para flexiones + cuerda para saltar me ha parecido excelente. El rodillo de doble rueda es muy estable para quién comienza con este tipo de ejercicios y permite trabajar bien los abdominales con seguridad. Poder cambiar de dos ruedas a una permite añadir dificultad al ejercicio una vez se domina la técnica. La alfombrilla que trae para apoyar las rodillas es sencilla pero permite apoyar las rodillas para ejercitarse sin molestias. Además, trae extras muy útiles como la cuerda para saltar y los soportes para flexiones, lo que hace que sea un kit bastante completo para entrenar en casa. Los materiales se ven resistentes y duraderos. Muy buena relación calidad-precio, totalmente recomendable.
