This socket is an excellent tool. It is built tough to perform the job. I torque bolts in hard to reach places like unistrut with no problems. It is rated impact which is true. I purchased a less expensive socket which broke the first time I used it. This socket from Sheffield England works great!

You can get it out on 1 way out of the cantrice leaving the bolt not 100 percent tight. Also when taking off bolts you can only get it out sideways on a 1 5/8 strut.

Well made and finished. If you're using 1/2" fasteners with strut, and you're using them often buy this tool. If you're not using the super deep channel, you may want to opt for the shorter version to get into tight places. If you think this thing is expensive, you are correct, but quality tool purchases are worthwhile from a safety standpoint, just tell her that.

Work great, i used double side tape tape washer to nut, hold on thread and bolt can then tighten.
