How often should I replace your pik pocket tips?

Totally a personal choice. I change mine quarterly and they do fine...not like they are brushes that have constant direct contact with teeth. I also rinse mine out each nite and let it dry out overnight on the counter. Then it is dry for next am/evening. I have used the system for 4+ years and would not change!!
