Is this a clamp on or weld on?

It could be. Normally I use a 5 inch ss band clamp.

I have a horrible drone sound around 2000 rpm and currently have a shorter 5" straight through muffler on my 3500. diesel truck. Looking to just tow.

The JY quieted my Ram 2500 Cummins diesel exhaust to a tolerable level. It is NOT a muffler, more like an expansion chamber or resonator. It does work to reduce sound, but not like a muffler.

Can this fit on a 2011 Freightliner Cascadia

I suppose you can fit it in their it would need some customizing i put a similar 5 incher on a freightshaker the one i used i got from summit racing and was originally for a diesel pickup but works great sounds awesome and is holding up well

Will this muffler passed inspection? pennsylvania is cracking down on that and i need a muffer asap on my 5" exhaust. thanks in advance.
