In my opinion it’s better! But it does loosen up over time just like the regular wig grip! As far as bulk goes, the cap part is very secure. When it loosens up I secure the part with a bobby pin or wear a wig cap over it so that the grip part doesn’t flop everywhere.

Will my scalp be able to breathe through the bamboo-cotton fyber?

I personally prefer the grip band with a stocking cap.

What color should I choose if my natural hair is black, but want to wear a blonde wig?

I would get the beige; it's closer in color to a blonde wig. You don't want any of your black hair to show at the hairline.

Is this goid for woman who have no hair from alopecia?

Yes. I have alopecia on the sides and nape area of my head. The cap prevents skin irritation and movement from wigs, scarves, and caps, which stocking wigs caps could not prevent. Remember to wash and air dry product regularly. My preferred method is to use shampoo I routinely wash the remainder 😉 of my hair with. Product is great!
