Smartish® iPhone 13 Pro Wallet Case - Wallet Slayer Vol. 2 [Slim + Protective] Credit Card Holder with Kickstand - Black Tie Affair

I purchased the Smartish® iPhone 14 Pro Wallet Case, and this is the third Smartish case I’ve owned. We’ve consistently had great experiences with their products, and this one is no exception. The design is simple, durable, and feels well thought out—exactly what I’ve come to expect from the brand. The wallet feature is especially convenient. It holds a few essential cards securely and makes this a perfect grab-and-go solution when you don’t want to carry a full wallet. It adds functionality without making the phone feel bulky. Overall, another solid Smartish product. If you’re looking for a clean, dependable case with a built-in wallet, this is an easy recommendation.

This is my first venture into volume 2 of the Smartish credit card cases, as I’ve always use the volume 1 cases for all my previous iPhones. However, with the upgrade to the most recent iPhone 15, the volume 1 case is simply too bulky in my hand to hold comfortably. In addition, the one case is sleeker, whereas this volume 2 case has more texture on the exterior, and is much grippier in my opinion. The installation process was extremely easy, and involves essentially just plopping the phone into the case. The case can hold two credit cards comfortably, but you could squeeze in a third thin card, like a ID card or insurance card, if needed. I don’t really use the credit card stand feature much. However, I have tried it out a few times on planes, and must admit that it’s useful when you really want to watch a video for a prolonged period of time on your phone, but don’t want to stress over holding it the whole time. I haven’t dropped my phone in this case yet, but I’ve done so in the volume 1 case with my iPhone 15, as well as numerous other volume 1 cases in the past, and they’ve all held up extremely well. My phone has never suffered any damage, although I do use a glass screen protector on the very top. I feel like this combination works the best in protection, durability, and practicality, and all the while maintaining the utility of the credit card case (which I find absolutely essential to my day-to-day, as I don’t carry a wallet). I highly recommend this case, and really cannot find any flaws with it!

I've had this case for a year and I love it. Not having to carry a wallet around is great and keeps things minimal. The case will hold 3 cards, I wouldn't try a 4th - you could squeeze and maybe get it in, but 3 cards is really the max. I use for my debit and credit cards and my license. It also has a slot on the back side where you can place one of your cards into and it becomes a stand, so you can watch videos, etc... this way. All the buttons work well to operate the phone and it protects the phone from drops as well. The case is textured, so grippy and easy to hold in your hand. Note that you cannot charge wirelessly. Comes on and off as needed, but I rarely ever remove - has a good tight snug fit.

UPDATE: The card slot seems to loosen up a bit to make cards easier to slide in and take out, but not so loose that they fall out. I’m very impressed with how thin the case is, even with three cards. I don’t know how protective the case is as I haven’t dropped out yet. Also can’t comment on durability, but it seems well made. I’m raising my review to four stars. I have no regrets at this point. Great case. I just received this Vol. 2 as well as the Vol. 1. I like the look and feel of the Vol. 2 better, although Vol. 1 still looks and feels great; it’s just personal preference. What worries me about the Vol. 2 is the card slot — it’s TIGHT with three cards. Tight as in difficult to use. On the plus side, your cards aren’t going anywhere. On the negative, it’s hard to get them in and out. (Maybe I have thicker cards?) I’m hoping it stretches out just a bit. Even with just one card, however, there’s a lip that at the edge that makes it a little harder to get your card out than I would like. The Vol. 2 is fairly sleek and very comfortable in the hand. I got the Blues on Green colorway and like it a lot. If only the card access wasn’t as much of a challenge. I’ll live with it a bit and see if it gets looser or if I get better using it. Aside from this one issue, I really like it. The Vol. 1 has no such issue; it’s very easy to get three cards in and out, and even just one card seems very secure. Overall, I’m pleased at this early stage. As I said, I’ll live with both for a little while and see if anything changes. If not, I may return the Vol. 2, even though I like its look and feel better. I don’t thing you can go wrong with either, though.

I absolutely love this phone case with the built-in credit card holder! It’s sleek, lightweight, and doesn’t add any unnecessary bulk to my phone. The card holder is super convenient. I can easily fit my ID and a couple of cards. The case feels sturdy and well-made, offering great protection while still looking stylish. My cards stay securely in place and don’t slip out, even when I’m on the go. Highly recommend!

I never write reviews for products but I need to for this phone case. It is truly the best. I’ve been using this case for all our iPhones over the last 14+ years (my wife and 3 kids as well). We’ve dropped the phone from 5 feet on concrete and never any damage to the phone or the case. Even the case didn’t get scratched. When it gets dirty, I wash it with a cotton towel, Dawn soap and water and it still performs perfectly. I store a credit card and a drivers license in the case so I no longer carry a wallet. It’s not big or bulky so I can fit it in my running belt when I run outside. Even after 3 years of use, it still looks and operates like it is brand new. The wallet feature holds cards securely even after the 3 years. I highly recommend this case to everyone. This is the best phone case I have ever used.

I love love love my new phone case. I’ve used a thin case with a pop socket for over two years now and finally I am free from finger pain because of it. I was worried before it arrived that with my luck something will go wrong with this product but it’s easily one of the best phone cases I’ve seen on the market for iPhone. Previously I was used a real leather oem apple phone case for the 11 pro and while I love that case, it doesn’t do a good job of keeping you feeling like your phone is clean. It’s always got this thin sheen of softness that confuses you to think it’s dirty a day after wiping it down. Here’s the come the smartish case for v2 and when they advertise the case having a textured grip, they weren’t kidding. It feels beautifully rough. This is the perfect texture for a phone, granted not the one and only perfect texture. It really adds grip and style. You’re chances of dropping the phone drastically reduces and now I can hold it in my hands without thinking subtle thoughts about it possibly being dirty? The design is gorgeous. I wish it did a full wrap around but I assume that’s not a possibility due to technological reasons? I bought a matching prop tart to replace my permanent need for a pop socket or ring kickstand holder and I’m happy I did. My only complaint with the proptart, and you have to apply it in the center, is that it leans your iPhone back further than a pop socket does when it’s on its side using the stand. I’ll probably get used to that. The proptart also feels miraculously better than a pop socket as I no longer have my fingers applying pressure to some wonky plastic to hold my phone with one hand. This is comfortable! I have 3 cards inside the case they’re snug and tight as it should be. It’s not good for men to put their wallets in the back pocket as studies have shown that will cause back problems! Gone are those days. I have everything I need on and in this phone case and I’m very satisfied. Oh yes, I forgot one last thing: yes it’s thin, yes it has a lip on the front and back the fully protect both screens/lenses from getting scratched. What are you waiting for? Purchase this. Yes this is a real review. Let’s go!

I had version 1. I like. v1 card holder way better! But the case was to smooth I dropped my phone a lot. Now using version 2. I like the grip quality way better, but not the v2 card holder. Cards hard to pull out. The card “stand” gets in the way. Have to keep 3 cards in because material is loose. 2 will fall out. For version 3 use the card holder from v1 and the grip from v2. Never going to use the card “stand” on v2 and it gets in the way of pulling cards out and damages the credit are material

Please take this comment as serious as possible, this is the best apple case ever. I bought this for my wife. She killed more than 50 cellphones in 10 years. From the moment she got this case for her IPhone, her phone have fallen off her hands more than 10 times(that I saw it) once even in the stairs of a train station. The phone is still ALIVE! I like the case, it fits 1 card and allow wireless charging with a good charger.
