KILZ Kitchen & Bath Primer, Interior, 1 Gallon

This is the primer to use whenever there is a possibility of dampness or moisture. I used two other brands first only to have them peel and crack in about two weeks. Do it right or do it over. This is the perfect one for doing it right. It has decent coverage, you only need one coat. A gallon is plenty to do the whole bathroom ceiling and have some left over for touch ups if you need to later. Which you probably won't. I would recommend this to others.

I love this paint. I've used it in the bathroom and on cabinets and doors. Its amazing. Its so refreshing to use this because everything looks so white and clean now. No stains have seeped through in the bathroom and I've had it on there for about two weeks. The smell isn't too strong it is very tolerable. And if you drip it anywhere or get it on your hands(or face and legs and arms and feet like I did lol) its easy to get off! Also I used two coats. Let it dry for a few days before putting color paint on it and its perfect and shipping was great!

Purchased a mobile home and previous owner had smoked for the 7 years he lived here. I was trying all sorts of paint but purchased the Kiltz and it not only covered the stains but also blocked the odor of smoke. Was also having trouble getting rid of the dog poop smell as well. Covered the floor with kiltz after mopping with an odor neutralizer and have had no trouble with the smell. I love this paint

I got tired of seeing the mold and mildew on my apartment bathroom's ceiling, this worked wonders! I don't see any need for an overcoat (IMHO) if you find the kilz white tone pleasing.

Sheerness of this product is awesome. Also the thickness of the paint is there. I love it when the cleanup is easy

This stuff really did the trick for us. There was some mold starting to form above the tub in our apartment. I didn;t want the landlord sending anyone in because of covid, so we decided to try and take care of it ourselves. It turned out great. The mold was covered completely after the second coat. I ended up freshening up the whole bathroom. The paint is pretty thick, but within reason. When every other gallon of mold killing paint seems to be 3 times as much, this is the way to go. I don't have a before and after of the moldy spot, but I'll include pics to show color and finish.

I hadn’t painted yet And it’s looking great Securely shipped and arrived sooner then expected Applied 3 coats waited 30-40 minutes between each to dry Did the same very next day No strong Odor and easy to wash off during the clean up I would definitely purchase again

This paint effectively blocked the mold that had been on my closet floor. Good adhesion and coverage of the surface.
