Gets the job done. Just make sure you put the proper amount of this herbicide with ur water mix. Mixing table instructions are on the container. U will have to peel the instructions pamphlet off the container. Be careful where u spray this stuff because it kills everything and can even leak onto ur neighbors lawn and kill some their lawn.

This is a remarkable product. I mixed way too strong the first few gallons & purposely killed TREES that were 3 to 4 inches n diameter. You have to have patience. It takes the full 2 weeks for everything to die. I wasted so much mixing it so strong. When jug was down to a quarter I starting mixing per instructions. It worked just as well. This killed kudzoo. If you live in the South you know what it is. It was planted by governent for erosion control & it did its job but it keeps growing and growing....covering whole forest. Many mean people down here plant a tiny amount on someone's property for revenge. In a year without human intervention the whole house will be covered. This item kills Kudzoo. Its remarkable! Be weary on what you spray it on and dont spray on windy day. It kills everything. I got some on a prize camellia. I sprayed the chameleon down with water immediately. I sprayed it down again the next day with water. Then we had serious rain for 3 days straight and guess what. My heirloom Camellia still died... and they are Woody much like a tree not grass like at all. I used a spray pump but i used so much I wish I had one battery operated sprayers. Your arm gets so weak holding the one gallon or two gallon container and spraying simultaneously. Take your time and dont waste it. Just make sure its NOT gonna rain for 24hrs. Im so happy about it killing trees! One was on a neighbors property but its roots had damaged my water line many times. I sprayed tree over the fence at night. I also poured about half a gallon around tree base. I saved my neighbor money. It was growing uo into his power line. Between his power line and my pipes I saved us both thousands of dollars. It was an eye sore as well. I had oaid to have it cut once but they allowed 1 shoot to come uo from the stump that became a tree. This product is dirt cheap compared to round up and last longer. One additional hint. If you want to make the product a water proof insect repellent and killer. Add 7 drops of frontline,advantage,anvantix,biispot or hartz dog repellant that you normally add to your dogs fir. 6 ir 7 drops per gallon and not only do you have a great weed killer but insect killer as well. I use it as an insect repellent on all of my plants just without the weed control stuff. To just insects on all my plants I just mix six to seven drops per gallon of water and spray on my lovely plants. Nothing will bother yourbolant for 30 days. Just continue to mix it the entire time you are spraying and it's all so much safer for your dogs and pets because obviously you use it on them directly. 6 stars.

I purchased this based on the price and reviews. I cannot emphasize just how great this product works! I've even used it behind the fairly adequate job done by Round-Up and was truly blown away by the visible superiority of this product! I used the 5-Tbsp/gal ratio, which is the max, because the ocean area conditions are such that the grass can sparkle with moisture all day, even with 100F-plus temperatures. My concern was the moisture on the grass interfering with the product's efficacy. Turns out, my fears were unfounded. If there is any advice i can give people, it is that you need to THOROUGHLY APPLY the product. There's a tendency when spraying to quickly mist over the grass and weeds. That was something that I did without meaning to when I put on an application late one evening. Apply during a well lit time of day, to ensure you're coverage is visibly thorough. If you do that, and you've adhered to the instructions regarding not cutting the area and avoiding the rain, then you'll see results in a day or two, but they will really become more and more obvious in the following days! If I was to use a word or two to describe the results of Round-Up from weeks earlier, it would be "adequate" but nothing to make me feel like it was money well spent. With the switch to this product, the results immediately made me think, "Scorched Earth" (a very familiar Vietnam war reference). The difference is night and day and this product is superior in both results and cost! In fact, it is so effective that I'm using it all over my property with a gallon sprayer, which is wearing me out! LOL So, I've ordered a Field King No-Leak 4-gallon backpack sprayer, which will not only reduce fatigue, but also provide a far more even spray coverage and thus more efficient use of this product. If you have a lot of area to cover, then you might want to make the same switch from a small sprayer. A gallon of this product covers 300sf. Keep in mind that a 10' x 10' area is 100sf and also roughly the area of many bedrooms... So a gallon would only cover 3 kids rooms or maybe 2 master bedrooms in most apartments or typical homes. That's important to know so that you get the right coverage and thus the right results. A long country gravel driveway (or even a short one) can mean a lot of gallon sprayer mixing! Then there's the fence line... Maybe the around the base of the house foundation and AC pad... Throughout the year... Every year. So consider what is the right tool for you and consider whether you need to invest in a larger, more convenient sprayer, because with what you're saving by using this product, you can certainly afford the upgrade in your sprayer! The new backpack sprayer and your awesome yard might even land you some weed spraying work that will more than pay for your comfy new backpack sprayer AND more of this product to use in it!!!! I spent a few years treating more properties per day, 6-7 days a week, than any other employee in the country for True Green/Chemlawn and I would consider this a Pro product and would have used it and recommended it back then. It's that good based on my personal and professional experience.

I have used this product for many years mostly because of the cost. It works pretty well but I will say that it doesn't work as fast as other weed killers. If I mix this with water according to instructions and let it sit for up to 24 hours then it works pretty good but it still takes about a week to see results. If I mix and then use right after it will take well over a week to see results and even maybe not kill some weeds, So I try to mix and let sit for a day if I can. This last time I sprayed I mixed and let sit for a day but it was not enough to do the whole job, I mixed two other loads after and I have noticed a big difference from the day old mix and the mix and spray areas. I use and electric ATV tank sprayer with a 15 gallon tank.
