I can sure to say yes as they have protective film cover on the top, you should remove it when you use the mylar sheets.

Can you use this foil transfer sheets on minc laminator?

NO. This foil will NOT work with a laminator. It will work with the WR Memory Keepers Foil Quill pen.

Would this work to guild book edges?

In theory yes, but if you're using it with a cutting type machine, the book cover would need to fit in the machine. Manually it would be no problem.
