Apple iPhone 13 Silicone Case with MagSafe – Midnight

This is the best case that I have found for my iPhone. It fits well but not too tight. It feels secure in my hand, doesn't slip, and provides excellent drop protection. The only negative is that after a year the silicone will likely, like my previous case, start to flake and peel off its metal frame at the corners. I am willing to live with this because it is otherwise such a good case. I've returned others I have tried that are too slippery or give off a chemical smell.

A high quality silicone case. For a high price. Works fine but is a bit weak. When putting on the case and removing it for cleaning be careful not to dig a finger nail into it or it will make a cut into the silicone. Grip is nice and weight is light. The design is average and nothing super special.

Absolutely hammered camping, I set my phone down on top of the bundle of wood next to the fire. Cavalierly tossed the entire bundle in as my buddy and I passed the whiskey and chatted about weird stuff for a MINIMUM of 5 minutes. Suddenly my brain decided to join the party - “your phone is in the fire”. I glance down at the fire that I recently added 4 logs, a plastic wrap, and an iPhone 13 to. There it was nestled up against a giant wall of fire, resting on a glowing red bed of coals. The phone itself, appeared to be engulfed in flames. I turn to my buddy and say - my phone is in the fire. He says take it out. I say it’s too late. He says take it out. (See pic for what a real hero looks like). Now I’ve researched after the fact enough to say don’t do what I did - but I grabbed it out of the fire. Yes it was hot af, and yes I burned my fingers. I throw it in the sand. It is in fact very much still on fire. So - I tell him oh well it’s too late. He says put it out. “Fine!” I stomp the life out of my phone (see picture for tread marks on the case). Thoroughly distraught, I give up. 5 minutes later I summon the courage to investigate the carnage. Case melted. Screen protector MELTED. I peel off the case and screen protector (shoutout ZAGG). The phone is literally un damaged. Like maybe even better than new the fire must have cleaned some stuff off of it. iPhone screen suddenly pops on saying temperature warning too hot (we all had a laugh at this). Then the Home Screen pops up! Idk what to say other than this thing is magic. Odd to think how many other ways I’ve damaged my phone and screen (with this case), yet it is fire and stomping proof. Anyway - I’m pretty jazzed up about this experience.

Fits perfectly. I like the softness of the case. However, like others mentioned. the silicon started peeling after 1 year.

I've been using the Apple iPhone 13 Silicone Case with MagSafe in Abyss Blue for over a year now. The case's design is impressively thin, which adds minimal bulk to the phone, maintaining its sleek profile. In terms of protection, it has done an admirable job. Paired with a screen protector, my iPhone 13 has remained in perfect condition, even after a year of use. However, the case's durability is a bit of a letdown. It sustained a defect from a fall, which was somewhat disappointing. Considering the premium associated with Apple products, I expected the case to withstand such incidents with more resilience. It's still a high-quality case in terms of fit, protection, and aesthetics, but I wish it had a bit more longevity, especially given the price point. Overall, it's a great product if you're looking for a case that offers a good balance of protection and style. Just keep in mind that you might encounter some wear and tear over time.

I really like this case. Since it’s made by Apple for their own phone, the precision is unmatched. Nowadays with how strong the iPhone screens are it’s really not necessary to get a bulky Otterbox, so the absorption from the silicon is enough to prevent major damage from happening. The back glass is still weak however, and the metal frame is easy to scratch or dent, which is why I got a case. If you pair this case with a tempered glass screen protector, I don’t think the phone will ever get a scratch or crack. The MagSafe also works flawlessly. The silicon is grippy enough to hold, but I do wish it had some ridges on the side to make it a bit more comfortable.

I was using cheap silicone cases with my previous phones. First time decided to buy Apple case and look what happened so quickly. I never had something similar with my previous cheap cases. My friend bought from apple website and had the same issue even worse. I will never buy iphone case from Apple again!
