I don't leave reviews - on anything - but I very much feel the need to recommend this product, because the change it's made to me is nothing short of remarkable. I'm 37 years old, I've never been tested or diagnosed with anything, but I've long suspected I've got ADHD or something to that effect. I've spent my life 'panic reacting/jumping the gun', being told to slow down, why don't I check myself so I won't make so many mistakes (I do check, but my brain just doesn't notice anything wrong at the time), and probably worst of all is I have a terrible habit of interrupting people. I'm a good, hard-working person, but no matter how hard I try I always seem to let myself down, and this leads to low self esteem. I was ready to finally bite the bullet and get myself tested (solely so I could be prescribed something - anything - to zombify my brain so it won't keep doing this to me), but I decided I'd have one last go at a more natural remedy, even though my previous attempts either achieved nothing or made me feel worse. I saw Saffrosun and decided to give it a go. I take two capsules, as advised, but I'd strongly recommend taking them at nighttime before bed - the first time I took them was first thing in the morning, and I felt that my reactions whilst driving were maybe a bit dampened down, which I obviously I don't want a repeat of. As of the following day, I've been taking two capsules at bedtime instead... the result? It took me a few days to put my finger on it. I'm not going to use the word 'calm', it's something much more profound than that. Before I started taking Saffrosun, back to when my brain was free to keep embarrassing me, I would describe my worst moments/habits as compulsions that I could not suppress or distract myself from. It felt like I was sat in the driver's seat of a car, at a red light, with my foot on the brake, but I have someone in the passenger seat trying to pull my foot off the brake whilst they're jamming their foot on the accelerator - the wheels are spinning furiously, the car is desperate to shoot forward, and no matter how hard I try to fight it back, 9.9 times out of 10 I don't stand a chance... ... That was before I started taking Saffrosun. Now? That awful passenger who was intent on sabotaging me... has got out of the car and decided to walk instead... I'm. In. Control. For the first time, probably in my whole life, I'm able to reason with myself, walk away from a situation, etc, as I no longer feel that foot pressing down on my accelerator pedal, so to speak. So, the word I'd use instead of 'calm', is 'absence' - the compulsions/impulses are now absent. I know that some other reviews have said this product isn't value for money. All I can say is, for something that's taken my worst enemy away from me... I'd pay double. Thank you, The Naked Pharmacy. I'm one truly grateful customer.

I initially purchased these for my son who has ADHD and suffers with anxiety and poor sleep. He didn’t want to start chemical anti-depressants (SSRI’s) and having read the research on saffron in relation to having the same outcome as ssri meds without the side effects I thought it was worth a try. I’m medical myself so I like to base my decisions on science and research. I expected them to take a few weeks to make any improvements but was shocked to see a noticeable difference within a few days. My son reported a significant improvement in levels of anxiety along with better sleep. This continued improving over the first month so I gave them a try myself, having struggled with low mood and lack of motivation. Again within a few days I felt noticeably better. I feel calmer, happier, more resilient and my sleep has improved. I initially felt a bit sleepy through the day so started to take them in the evening rather than in the morning which works perfectly. I did try a cheaper brand which did not have the result this product has had. The only reason this has lost a star for me is the price. This is £20 for 30 tabs. The daily dose is 2 capsules so one small bag last a month. With both of us taking it that’s £40 a month (cheaper if you subscribe or buy the larger pack) which is a significant expense. However, for me it’s a price I’m happy to pay for the improvements my son and I have experienced. My review does not constitute medical advice, only my own experience. I was surprised to see how quickly these started to make me feel better. My mind was clearer, I'm more calm, my sleep has improved and I feel a lot more focused. The only thing I will say is they leave a funny taste a few hours after you've taken them but it does go.

I read an article about the benefits of saffron for people with ADHD. My son is autistic with ADHD traits so we thought we'd give it a go! It took about a week to notice any difference but they definitely seem to be helping him to stay calmer. My husband and I have hectic work/lives and have also started taking them and we have also found that we feel less stressed/anxious. I now have these on subscribe and save.

I'm on my second pack of these. I've been using them for about 3 to 4 weeks. I perceive a real improvement in my good days. They do make me feel slightly wired, but that could be down to irregular sleeping patterns, fluctuating temperatures, and my adhd. I can think more clearly for longer, and I'm making better choices which are adding up to proper gains. I'm plant based for allergy, and asthma reasons, and as such was keen to find something that didn't rock the metabolic or hormone boat. These are very good, and if the doctor had prescribed them to me, I'd be reporting positives. For what they are, they're worth the money. Update. I'm on my third pack of these. Almost coming up to my period, normally I'm a miserable, bloated, unhappy wreck. I feel decent. I'm 37. I've struggled with inattentive adhd all my life. I'm doing better now that I thought possible.

This product does all that it promises. This is my third batch! It has truly helped regulate my stress. I take it at bedtime and found it has really helped my sleep. I no longer wake in the night.
