Graco Extend2Fit Convertible Baby Car Seat, Rear and Forward Facing, Adjustable Extension Panel for Extra Legroom, Gotham

My husband and I were looking for a second car seat so we could have one in each car. We decided to buy this one since we like Graco and we couldnt beat the price. The material is soft, has extra padding and looks comfy and the baby loves it. We bought a Graco slim fit at buybuy baby for double the price and I wish we would of looked here first since we like this car seat better. Its super easy to install and the extra couple holes for that middle buckle is amazing that way the little thighs/ legs arent tight when they are strapped in... we definitely recommend it

Been using this car seat for about a year now and it's been great. It such a comfortable seat. It reclines and the buckels nor straps have never given me any problem. It sits great in my van. The color is super cute too. Head support is exactly how we like it. Not flimsy and adjustable. It isn't heavy or unmanageable. Has easy anchor clips. Value for money, 10/10. My daughter has NO problem sitting in this carset and takes a wonderful peaceful nap EVERY car ride. I've bought lots of car seats in the 13years I've been a mother, and this one, has been perfect in every way. Its not complicated, its cute, won't break the bank, and the babies love it.

I was originally going to give this product a bad review because when I first installed it the bottom latch straps seemed too short to allow it to recline in the furthest forward facing recline position. I had purchased it specifically for it's reclining ability because my son had been using a Britax marathon, but every time he fell asleep his head would fall completely forward and he would constantly waken from his air being cut off (his head would end up falling 2 or 3 inches off the back of the seat). So I got the Graco extend2fit for the recline feature, but due to the short straps the base was brought close to the back of the seat not allowing the back of the carseat to recline much, . But when I called Graco customer service to see if they could send me a longer strap, it turns out that I was trying to latch the straps from the rear facing strap pass-through. Before installing this seat forward facing, you must reach under the seat pad and slide the strap up to the 2nd seat belt pass-through located more near the back of the seat. This will bring the straps closer to the car's latch system and allow the seat to recline properly. Now the seat's angle is very reclined and I am positive that when my son falls asleep he will rest comfortable, as it would be a physically impossibility for his head to drop forward from that reclined position. as far as installation, the seat is standard installation other than having to move the latch strap which was slightly tedious. pros: seat padding is very high quality and comfortable removable seat pad should absorb most spills or accidents for easy removal and washing love the option to thread through an extra head rest cushion love the recline settings love that it has cup holders as his britax did not. just put them in place then gave them a quick sharp pop with my fist to lock into place. (cup holder installation took less than 10 seconds. seriously. Don't know what other people were complaining about.) 5 point harness adjusts height with the headrest. very east to slide up and down. no re-threading shoulder straps. (this is an absolute must for me now. I will never re-thread straps again if I can help it) The seat is lightweight but feels very heavy duty cons: having to finagle the the latch strap placement to change from rear to forward facing (it was very cumbersome and tedious. Seriously no fun)

En la mayoría de las reseñas que consulté, siempre mencionaban a Graco como la mejor opción. Después de consultar con un asesora de sillas a contra marcha, le mencioné esta silla y la validó por completo. Estamos muy felices porque mi niño viaja seguro y cómodo, aunado a que puedo ir adaptándola conforme a su crecimiento. Recomiendo mucho esta silla, aparte de que es muy fácil de instalar y tiene dos sistemas de instalación. Sobre las medidas, pensé que sería muy ancha pero se adapta muy bien. Cabe mencionar que en mi camioneta sólo viajamos mi hijo y yo, por lo que no tengo problema por suspender el asiento del copiloto (revisen medidas antes de adquirirla). Preguntan mucho sobre el año de fabricación, puede variar de acuerdo a la oferta y demanda, pero la que me llegó estaba fabricada finales 2020 y yo la compré a mediados 2021, y si, tienen fecha de caducidad de acuerdo a la fecha de fabricación y uso (ej. un accidente).
