No, it did not come with a stand.

Is the phonograph a 3-speed? 33, 54, 78?

Yes, the phonograph turntable is a 33 1/3 45 and 78 RPM. I would also like to add the turntable was engineered Arkrocket to deliver very little bass sound when turntable is in operation. Bluetooth and CD play with a better bass sound. So if you’re looking for this to replace a stereo turntable, you may not be satisfied with the sound quality.

How do we hook up external speakers? (If an amp is needed, please provide what type to get, & is it available on Amazon?)

There are very good videos on YouTube. I believe it is Chicago Mike’s who has installed additional amps and different speakers. I plan on upgrading with different amps and speakers ask Mike good in the video.
