Exactly what I wanted

When it works, it’s great. I first bought one two years ago, then purchased a new one after the first broke within 8 months and I was told I had to repair it on my own by the manufacturer. Fast forward another year and this one has now broken in a separate location. Frustrating quality and support experience given the cost of the product.

This was a gift and my guy loves how compact it folds down to and how light weight it is. Comes ready to go. Just unfold and hit the links.

After less than one year a bolt came out, and this wouldn't allow me to fold the cart. I was able to repair myself with a screw I had on hand. Also, the lower strap tore away due to friction of it rubbing against my bag. I replaced this with a bungee cord. Now my screw has been lost again, and I'm back to the original problem. I have two Sun Mountain bags, and I would give them both five stars. The cart has a lot to be desired. Recommend their bags, but not their carts. Very disappointed.

Works well. Four wheels a bit more difficult to roll than three. Front left wheel was defective and wobbles, but it can be replaced.

I bought this because my old cart was just a bot wobbly with my Sun Mountain 4.5 LS (great bag btw) in it. Where the top of the bag is supposed to fit into the cart the mounts for the legs are spread about an inch wider than the receiver mount on the cart. One could just have the bag sitting a few degrees rotated but the bag will still rattle around - not good. If I pull the bag up in the mount it *almost* fits, but then it is not sitting in the base of the cart, just floating suspended by small tabs in the leg mounts. Not good. Overall very disappointing that my Sun Mountain bag doesn't fit in a Sun Mountain cart. For almost $250 its just unacceptable. I'll just carve some notches into my $130 Caddytek and live with for a while. Maybe Sun Mountain's design department will start checking fitment against their own products...

The right read wheel fell of the first time I used the cart. The ball bearing assembly fell apart.

Acheté en Aout. 1ere utilsation le 11/09 ce jour. Et le chariot a perdu une roue. Manifestement il manque une pièce dans le montage du chariot. Y'a t il un contrôl qualité, chez Sun Mountain ?

A perfectly balanced push trolley

I bought this trolley nearly 2 years ago. The first negative is that your bag is positioned low to the ground and the bottom of the bag sits between and very close to the front wheels. If the ground is a bit wet and muddy this gets transferred from the ground via the front wheels onto the bag. The second negative is that the handle mechanism, the part that you release to fold the trolley and lock in place when using the trolley, is made of plastic and after nearly two years of use both sides have completely sheared leaving the trolley unusable. Third negative is that upon contacting Sun Mountain UK to see if this is repairable, there has been zero response. The one positive is that the trolley worked well up.until this point in dry weather and was stable to push.
