How do I specify that I want it stuffed?

We recommend to stuff your pouf how it is traditionally done in Morocco. In Morocco, pouf stuffing is done by what is available to you. For a firm support: unused clothes, sheets, or towels provide fantastic support for your pouf. For a soft support: you can also simply use scrunched up newspaper. For a bean-bag-like support, use polystyrene beads. We prefer to use old towels, sheets or clothes, as it provides the best plumpness and firm support for the pouf, which makes it comfortable to sit on or rest your feet. Step by Step Guide for stuffing your Moroccan Leather Pouf: 1-Unzip the pouf and start to add your choice of material to the top part of the pouf. 2-As you add more material, we recommend to firmly press down to remove any air pockets. Continue to add more material. 3-Simply continue to add more material until you have achieved your desired fullness and just zip up! *We recommend to not overfill too much as it might put strain on the zipper and leather. How do you get the creases out that were caused from folding it for shipping?  I tried heating with a blow dryer and that didn't work.

I just stuffed it as full as possible with every old sheet, towel and rag I had and the humidity in the house helped take out the remaining creases.

Does it smell

Yes,  the smell is very strong.  It has been outside for weeks and the smell is still there.

You can purchase either stuffed or unstuffed. Be sure you specify which way you want to purchase. I do not recommend unstuffed
