One of my favorite Opeth Albums!
Blackwater Park is a phenomenal album. Following the criminally underrated Still Life, the production (which made a significant leap, IMO) and musicianship on display are hallmarks of Opeth's greatness. The title track is epic!

The band at their peak. This has them entering into their prog-death phase. It's very good and you can hear why it's just as relevant now as it was when it was released.

La fama del disco è quella che bacia gli album "particolari" :quelli che sono (nonostante una elevata qualità che non è scesa a compromessi) destinati a valicare i confini della cerchia degli appassionati del genere, per arrivare ad una moltitudine disparata...È l'emblema della loro discografia (e probabilmente anche il migliore) e del prog death tutto. Di loro hanno scritto :"...se i Gentle Giant fossero in questa epoca e suonassero death, farebbero le cose che fanno gli Opeth"...come dare torto a queste parole ?! Qualità della produzione del suono eccelsa (Steven Wilson...) ,vinile superbamente bello... Ultraconsigliato !

Ein fantastisches Album, jedem Opeth Fab nur ans Herz zulegen. Es ist meiner Meinung nach das beste Album nach Ghost Reveries.

Calidad por todos lados. Buen sonido, fundas con interior antiestático y unos vinilos blancos que se ven geniales. En cuanto a la música, que vamos a decir que no se haya dicho ya.
