What are the ingredients?

Benzalkonium Chloride - 0.11%(same active ingredient as Bactine), an antimicrobial cleanser, and a saline-based solution

Can this be used from cartilage piercings?

I was amazed how quickly this took the soreness out of my cartilage peircing! First one I did took an entire year to heal. Fast forward 13 years later.. 6 weeks and I can't tell it's pierced most of the time. It's still tender, but I can actually sleep on it!

Can you use the same swab for the front & the back of the piercing? Or would that be cross contamination?

Yes, you can use it to clean the front and back
